Job Description
The Warranty and Predictive Maintenance Engineer coordinates and manages predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability using a systematic approach. Coordinates with Scheduler and works closely with maintenance engineers to improve installation availability. Performs condition-based maintenance surveys, analyzes costs and breakdowns, and defines actions to improve reliability and optimization of critical equipment.
Requirements
- Compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
- Manages Warranty and Punchlist items
- Perform condition-based maintenance surveys
- Prepare reports to document inspections and recommendations
- Analysis of costs, breakdowns, and downtimes
- Review of predictive maintenance plans
- Manage technical documentation of equipment
- Work closely with execution teams for failure analyzes or improvement proposals
- Train, coach, and mentor associated technicians
- Provide 24/7 support with unscheduled overtime
- Lead special projects in maintenance activities
