Global Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a Global Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. As part of the team, you will review and enter invoices, upload and pay open A/P, and reconcile company credit cards. The role requires two days in office in our Chicago or Boston office.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent (3 or more years in A/P) in Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Previous experience with international accounts payable
• Knowledge of bill.com or equivalent systems
• Accurate expense coding, high volume invoices
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Eager to learn and take responsibility over the work done
