Job Description
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-ground fuel transportation activities in and around Lubumbashi, DRC. The role focuses on managing cross-border fuel movements, border clearance, depot offloading, and daily field operations to ensure safe, timely, and compliant delivery of petroleum products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3–7 years’ experience in fuel transport or logistics operations
- Proven experience in cross-border transport (DRC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Congo border procedures and documentation
- Familiarity with fuel depot and offloading operations
- Proficiency in English; Swahili or French is an added advantage
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
