Job Description
Our Client, an established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil works, fabrication, and welding to oversee and supervise the execution of various plant-related infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Fabrication Technology
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in civil construction and fabrication within an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication in both English and Kiswahili
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Decision-making skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members
