Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team, with a passion for sales and the modular construction industry to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Requirements
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the modular building sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Develop tailored sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical and logistical support
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management
- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
