Job Description
Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
- Manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications
- Manage and instruct site workers, set their schedules, and monitor their performance
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly
- Conduct regular site inspections and address potential hazards
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress reports
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure all activities align with the project plan
- Order and manage inventory of construction materials
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards
