Job Description
Shums Coda Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time ICC Certified Fire Plans Examiner and Inspector to perform inspections, enforce codes and regulations, and review plans for compliance with current adopted codes and ordinances.
Requirements
- ICC Certified Fire Plans Examiner and Fire Inspector I and II
- 2+ years of experience working for a jurisdiction providing plan check reviews for both commercial & residential
- 1+ years of experience working as an inspector in a jurisdiction
