Job Description
Shyfter is a fast-growing SaaS startup in the HR Tech industry, seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen their Support & Onboarding team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and promoting company growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Success role at a startup and in the SaaS technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
