Shyfter is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Manager to strengthen its Support & Onboarding team, responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, customer retention, and driving business growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success role (or a similar function in customer relationship management) at a startup and in the SaaS technology sector
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• A team player with the ability to work in a fast-changing environment
