Senior Human Resources Manager

ShyftLabs is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our growing company. This role will oversee and improve all HR and People Operations initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and training, while creating a fabulous working culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience
• Proven ability to work with business teams in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
• Experience managing HR operations for distributed or global teams
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Experience implementing or managing HR systems and people processes at scale
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
