Job Description
As the Senior Segment Manager - Oilfield & Fuel, you will develop and implement the global segment strategy and steer existing business. You will deliver financial and strategic objectives for the global segment through continuous optimization of value-based and market-based pricing, and translating strategy into day-to-day execution.
Requirements
- BS Degree; MBA or MSc in relevant natural/technical science or applied technology preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of global commercial and technical experience in performance chemicals
- Demonstrable capability of working in a Matrix organization
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency a plus
