High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years supervisory experience, strong leadership skills
Department Supervisor - Chemical Processing - Wet Chemistry Lab
2+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with wet chemistry processes or lab operations
Department Manager - Mechanical Reduction
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in mechanical processing, and prior leadership or supervisory experience in production operations
Team Lead - Granulation Department - 2nd Shift
Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or material recovery preferred. Proven team lead or leadership experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Department Manager - Thermal Reduction
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in thermal processing, prior leadership experience
Team Lead- Electronic Material Classification
High School Diploma or GED, Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or material processing, Previous lead or informal leadership experience
