Milling Operator - Mechanical Reduction Department

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Milling Operator to support operations within the Mechanical Reduction Department at our global precious metals refining and recycling facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in machine operation, milling, recycling, construction, cement mixing, ceramics, or similar industrial environments strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a hot, heavy industrial environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to operating procedures
• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
• Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods, including Tyvek suits with supplied air
