At Side, we believe everyone should own their path. We're looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to build and run our growth engine.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record of hands-on execution
- Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, community/network-led growth, and performance marketing
- Proven ability to personally run campaigns while building scalable systems and processes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing attribution, reporting, and optimization
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or service-based businesses preferred
