Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel up to 30% across Ohio to visit groups and members on-site
• A track record of reliability, accountability, and strong communication
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to educate members on Sidecar Health best practices
• Empathy and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility and open schedule availability
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Healthcare and/or insurance experience (preferred)
