We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist (Dutch and German) to strengthen our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing seamless support to our customers in the use of our POS and e-commerce software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the software or IT sector.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, online hardware and networks.
- Experience with POS and e-commerce systems is a big plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Proven ability to manage and exceed customer needs, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to find the best solutions for our customers.
- Preferably a native speaker of Dutch, fluent in English and German.
