We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Customer Onboarding Project Manager (m/f/x) to join our growing team. The role involves supporting the successful onboarding of enterprise customers and helping ensure the smooth integration of our POS and eCommerce software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or comparable practical experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, consulting, IT support, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent German and English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
