The Manager - Business Analysis and Research Planning designs and oversees a return on investment in research program across all research programs in Sidra, ensuring processes conform to laws, guidelines, and regulations, and making the office function efficiently and accountably.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health/Healthcare Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of management experience or 10 + years of professional experience in a senior role
- Proficiency with data analysis, metric reporting, and white paper preparation
- Significant experience in the development and continuous improvement of analysis teams, methodologies, processes, and practices.
- Experience of business analysis tools and techniques that also support: resource forecasting, operational design, risk identification, and process mapping
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication, documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
