Job Description
The Research Specialist I - Phenotyping Unit Lab Tech performs laboratory tests necessary for research and clinical activities, supports the team in Clean Room activities, and maintains a high standard of laboratory health and safety procedures. Responsibilities include designing and validating new methods, troubleshooting quality control, and adhering to laboratory and Sidra policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences/Clinical Laboratories or other relevant program.
- 3+ years' experience in a research laboratory environment, including experience in cell cultures, flow cytometry procedures, molecular biology procedures, and protein detection.
- Eligibility for Licensure in the State of Qatar.
- License recognized in Qatar, EU, US, or Canada (preferred).
