Job Description
Freelance Cybersecurity Content Writer position at Siege Media, a remote-first organic growth agency. Write comprehensive articles on various cybersecurity topics and adapt tone and technical depth to diverse audience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a content writer, specifically focused on cybersecurity or high-level InfoSec
- Extensive knowledge of niche topics including IAM, EDR/XDR, Network Security, Ransomware trends, and Compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST)
- Experience writing for the web with a focus on long-form guides, 'how-to' mitigation articles, security tool comparison posts, trend reports, and thought leadership content
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects while working independently
