Job Description
We are seeking a part-time government refund clerk to join our team, responsible for following up on tax refunds, building relationships with government agencies, and providing customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
