Job Description
Provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications.
Requirements
- College Graduate preferably of Psychology or any Human Resource related courses.
- At least 2 to 4 years HR related work experience
- Knowledgeable of Labor Law
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to do Cyclical Shifting.
