Attend to Japanese-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- Japanese Proficiency Level - N3 or higher
- Kanji and Keigo skills is a plus
- Work experience in Japan in a Business setting is an advantage
- Must have basic web navigation skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Can converse using the English language
- Should be flexible
