Job Description
The Recruitment Data Senior Analyst will provide talent intelligence support, develop analytical reports, maintain databases, conduct competitor research, and support talent sourcing groups. The role requires a graduate degree in Statistics or Math, 3-4 years of experience in statistics work, and good communication skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Statistics or BS Math or other related courses
- 3 to 4 years experience doing statistics work/function
- Experienced in big data processing, statistical analysis for quantitative surveys/studies, or predictive analytics
- Good communications skills
