Monrovia CDJR is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Requirements

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services.
• Communicate with customers about recommended services and any issues that may arise.
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes to customers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the services offered by the dealership.
• Manage customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
