Job Description
Mercedes-Benz of Richmond is seeking a Service Advisor to provide excellent ownership experience for Mercedes-Benz owners. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, documenting issues, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
