Automotive Service Advisor

Bentley Edison, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the key liaison between clients and the service team. The role involves greeting customers, conducting vehicle inspections, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, managing customer expectations, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process, ensuring the highest standards of automotive excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Automotive service or business management degree preferred
• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably in a luxury or high-performance dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and service operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
