Job Description
Murgado Ford of Chicago, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repair services. The Service Advisor will ensure a seamless and satisfying service experience by communicating customer needs to technicians and ensuring all work meets high standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
