Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst III and lead large-scale IT projects, providing advanced technical oversight and strategic guidance. Develop innovative solutions and drive business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Provide user support, Functional & Technical administration for Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution
- Support new ETL & API implementation efforts
- Assist peers with system development
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical and functional issues
- Business Event Monitoring of customer production environments
- Performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination/reduction of defects
- Manage customer expectations in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
- Facilitate appropriate Business Area / Functional Area approval of system enhancements and prioritization of requests
- Development requirements based on business objectives and best practices
- Leverage AI capabilities to support procurement activities
