Electrical Engineer II

Requirements

• Design and develop electrical/electronic systems
• Support production for modifications on C-130 aircraft by answering technical questions
• Implement electrical wiring design practices
• Conduct testing and validation of electronic systems and components
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of electronic circuits
• Coordinate with other design engineers to update drawings in Autocad and Zuken (E3) for technical and production improvement
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and wire diagrams
• Develop and document technical designs, test plans, and results
• Prepare technical documentation for non-conformance dispositions, knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights
• Investigate and document electrical issues identified during the aircraft modification, recommending corrective actions
• Coordinate with other stakeholders on technical questions and harness builds
• Ensure all work adhere to safety, regulatory and quality standards relevant to aircraft electrical systems
