Requirements

• Lead the design and development of electrical/electronic systems
• In some applications, lead development of circuit card assemblies
• Lead implementation of electrical wiring design practices
• Oversee the testing and validation of electronic systems and components
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of electronic circuits
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including designs, test plans, and results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
• Participate in and lead design reviews, providing expert technical insights
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering technical growth
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes
