Military Fellowship Program: Project Manager

SNC's Military Fellowship Program is a six-month on-the-job industry training for service members transitioning to the civilian workforce. The program provides valuable work experience and professional networks as participants prepare for their transition to full-time civilian work.

Requirements

• Manage multiple projects or a larger project, overseeing all phases from proposal development to project closeout.
• Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and identify appropriate resources.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters as needed.
• Communicate project status with senior project managers, functional area managers, or program managers.
• Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators.
• Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by developing and adhering to schedules.
• Remain agile and flexible to adapt to frequent changes in project requirements or scope.
