Program Manager I

Results-driven team leader seeking to oversee multiple projects and support business objectives at SNC, ensuring successful customer relationships, cost management, and technical execution. As a Program Manager I, you will manage programs with budgets up to $20M, supervise project staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is part of the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area, which is a leader in ISR and aviation and provides innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
• 1+ years' experience leading teams made up of 3+ cross-functional team members
• Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes
• Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes
• Experience with contract negotiations and the difference in contract types
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance
