Program Manager I

Program Manager I oversee multiple projects to support business objectives, ensuring successful customer relationships, cost management, scheduling, and technical execution.

Requirements

• Manage all programmatic aspects of multiple assigned projects
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance
• Supervise program and project staff
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Participate in business resource planning and tracking
• Formulate and lead a team to fulfill program requirements
• Identify, track, and resolve program issues and problems
• Manage program risks and opportunities
• Interface on project/program status and develop proposals
• Conduct research and fact-finding for project/program needs
• Coordinate audits and negotiate with project/program stakeholders
• Support the Program Director and Business Operations
