Proposal Manager II

We're looking for a Proposal Manager II to oversee the bid submission process and drive proposal activities in accordance with RFP specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a background in the US Department of Defense, US Military, or Aerospace & Defense industry, and experience managing complex proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 9+ years of experience in related field with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex proposals
• Expertise utilizing proposal management software and AI tools
• Advanced experience with simultaneously managing multiple proposals of all sizes from proposal planning to delivery
• Progressive technical, proposal writing and proposal management experience with emphasis in technical products and logistics services
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with others
• Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience preparing Pricing Volumes to include work breakdown structure (WBS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE), including government contracting proposal processes and procedures
• Prior experience in a Lead role; the ability to mentor, train, guide and inspect the work of team members and coordinate project tasks to ensure milestones are met
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
