Quality Control Inspector I responsible for ensuring quality standards are met in incoming parts, in-process production, and final products. Visual inspections, record-keeping, and process improvements are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 0-1 Years experience in Quality Control or related field
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques
- Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and drawings
- Knowledge and ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerance
- Experience with finished goods inspection
- Experience with Costpoint and/or AEGIS-MES
- Basic understanding of material flow in operations
- Ability to draft work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Certified in Network+, Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and/or A+
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS 9100 standards
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
