Sr Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at SNC. As a bold thinker, you will exhibit expert-level skills in requirements engineering, systems integration, and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will oversee and lead complex system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management activities. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are vital as you influence project direction, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field
• Expert proficiency with Systems modeling and simulation tools
• Proven leadership experience in systems engineering
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple Engineering principles and practices
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
