Job Description
Sierra Space is looking for a Logistics Specialist III to oversee and optimize inventory processes, utilizing advanced knowledge of logistics, shipping, and inventory management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment
- Certifications: Ability to obtain internal certification
- Advanced knowledge of logistics, shipping, and inventory management
- Knowledge and understanding of MRP systems
- High proficiency in following standard business processes
- Ability to problem-solve and follow written and verbal directions
- Ability to communicate concisely, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Experience with operating a forklift and ability to obtain forklift certification
- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements
