- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company
- Proven success recruiting and closing candidates across business functions
- Strong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to inform hiring decisions and process improvements
