As a Business Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for business roles across go-to-market teams, design proactive sourcing strategies, and track key recruiting metrics.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company, with early-stage startup experience preferred
- Proven success recruiting and closing candidates across business functions, including GTM, operations, and corporate roles
- Strong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics to inform hiring decisions and process improvements
