As an Enterprise Account Executive at Sierra, you will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating and closing complex deals. You will also help define the sales motion and collaborate cross-functionally with the broader GTM team, product, technical, and operations orgs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota, and running end-to-end complex deals
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Prospecting & lead generation skills
- Experience building GTM strategies
