We're seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to build and optimize scalable recruiting processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent analytics, or related roles, with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent analytics, or related roles
- Deep expertise in building and scaling recruiting processes, reporting frameworks, and tooling infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and building dashboards
- Hands-on experience managing and customizing an ATS (experience with Ashby is a plus)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities
