Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be a core member of Sierra's global legal team, and the first legal hire in Japan. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting sales and go-to-market teams, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts, and helping build out our legal function to be best in class.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Strong background in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional fluency in both Japanese and English
- Experience working on a global legal team
- Experience developing privacy/regulatory frameworks
