Application Support Engineer (Post Trade Technology)

Susquehanna is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join the trading technology team in Hong Kong. The role involves performing support, deployment, and automation tasks related to the management of Susquehanna's Post Trade Technology systems throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support, including deployment, production support, and system monitoring
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Post-Trade Technology applications and processes
• Demonstrated strong technical capability, including experience with one or more of the following: scripting, C#, Python, SQL, or other relevant programming languages
• Proven experience supporting applications across both Windows and Linux operating environments
• Solid understanding of trade processing lifecycles, including Operations and Middle Office processes, and experience providing first-line support in a time-critical, high-volume environment
