Graduate Trading Operations Analyst: 2027

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will gain exposure to the full life cycle of Susquehanna’s trading activity and develop a strong foundational understanding of the industry and the dynamic environment in which we operate. You will work closely with our core team and rotate across different trading desks such as Options, ETF, Treasury and Equity Finance, gaining hands-on experience.

• Soon-to-be or Recent Grad: Confirmed plan to graduate by December 2026 with a degree in any discipline (most typically STEM), Distinction average WAM, from an Australian or New Zealand University.
