Legal Counsel

As in-house Legal Counsel, you’ll be a trusted business partner embedded with deal teams and senior leaders. You’ll work end-to-end on transactions — shaping structures, negotiating documentation, and navigating regulatory considerations — while collaborating closely with team members in other locations.

Requirements

• Provide legal advice to relevant business units and senior management
• Review, negotiate and advise on a diverse range of legal agreements and arrangements
• Advise on regulatory matters affecting the business
• Provide support on strategic initiatives as required
• Liaise with external counsel as required
• Collaborate with legal counsel in other Susquehanna offices
