Telecom Client Support Analyst responsible for monitoring, maintaining and supporting telecommunications equipment and circuit connectivity.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting
- Account creation and management
- Installation and configuration
- Provisioning of telecommunications client equipment and circuit connectivity
- Participation in project planning, testing and implementation
- Collaborating with various technology teams and external vendors
- Experience with VoIP, Unified Communications, SIP, Cisco, Arista switches and patching
- Experience working with Windows 11/Server 2016 (or higher), file systems and system hardware
- Experience supporting telecommunications platforms/technologies: IPC Turrets, NICE Voice Recording, Cisco UCS, Cloud9
- Experience coordinating, troubleshooting with external vendors: Verizon, AT&T, Lumen, Zoom, Microsoft, Cloud9
- Scripting with Python, PowerShell or similar language
- Knowledge of financial markets and products
- Ability to effectively and responsibly use AI in daily workflows
