Northwest Eyes is searching for a Surgical Concierge to provide a first-class experience for surgical candidate patients. The role involves counseling and promoting advanced vision correction options, scheduling surgeries, and providing precise price estimations.
Requirements
- Excellent Salesmanship and Closing Skills
- Customer Service Excellence
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, G-Suite, and Windows environment
- Team Player
- Demonstrates superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Competency using EPM / EHR
- EHR Experience: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
