Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic, commercial, and operational leadership for the Client, guiding the organization through regulatory readiness, market entry, and pan-African expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
- Proven senior executive leadership experience within regulated financial institutions
- Strong hands-on experience in Retail / Personal Banking, Business & SME Banking, Capital and Liquidity Management, Treasury Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Governance, Digital Banking Platforms
