Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to manage all human resources functions in a fast-paced healthcare/pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years HR experience (healthcare/pharmacy preferred).
- CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD certification desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
